Job summary

The purpose of this position is to operate a variety of heavy equipment for road bridge construction reports.
The incumbent will participate in appropriate structured training programs attend all continuing education classes conferences deemed necessary.
Performs maintenance tasks on DOTD right of ways including loading/unloading materials at parish units jobsites removing fallen trees pushing debris after major storms cleaning cross drain culverts grading ditches sweeping highways grading shoulders.
