- Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
- Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
- Review and validate job site documentation using estimating software
- Work closely with Estimator and Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
- Work closely with Office Manager and Insurance Adjusters to follow up and collect final payments
- Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- High school diploma/GED
- At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail oriented in a fast paced environment
- Excellent and professional verbal and written communication in person, on the phone, and through email
- Time management with proven deadline meetups
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated to work independently while stay on top of various duties

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position, working hours varying between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., MondayFriday, 40 hours per week minimum on. This position requires working on-call.
