    We are currently searching for a Treasury Manager for the Memphis, TN corporate office.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Maintain and manage banking relationships and partners.

    Negotiate banking services and feesProvide leadership to a team of associates, fostering a culture of accountability, mentorship and professional/personal growth.

    Oversee the administration of banking systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsOversee all aspects of money movement process, including payroll wires, ACHs, & client payment processing, and bank transmissions.

    Primary point of contact for addressing payment discrepancies, payment and payroll returns, and escalating challenges to senior leadership.

    Oversee daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reportingIdentify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

    Implement best practices and streamline treasury workflows.

    Complete special projects as assigned for presentation to senior management and external boardsOther duties as assignedDirect Supervision Required:
    very little supervision and instruction required

    Organizational Relationships:
