    Job Overview:

    As a Front Desk Clerk, your responsibility is to fulfill your role aligning with our culture and contributing to company success through the following duties performed at the highest standards:
    • Ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is positive and memorable during check-in, check-out, and while addressing their requests
    • Input data into the reservation system for record maintenance
    • Resolve unit availability in the reservation system and assist guests with reservations
    • Process invoices, collect payments, and manage safety deposit boxes
    • Forward housekeeping and maintenance requests to the appropriate departments
    • Maintain front desk supplies and prepare arrival packets
    • Produce reports and correspondence for management as necessary

    Qualifications:



    To excel in this role, you should meet the following minimum requirements:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Proficiency in English for effective communication with guests, owners, and colleagues
    • Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines
    • Prior experience in cash handling and data entry
