    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
    • Train, mentor, and provide guidance to warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
    • Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse procedures and best practices.
    • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to optimize warehouse operations.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to fulfill orders and resolve issues promptly.
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as generating reports, documenting inventory movements, and updating records.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse performance.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the warehouse.

    Requirements:

    • HS Diploma or equivalent
    • 2 years experience working in a warehouse performing a variety of tasks
    • 1-3 years experience leading a team
