    As a crucial member of the Strategic Finance team, youll connect Asanas operational and business strategies, shaping long-term financial outcomes.

    Collaborating with finance, business, and product teams, you will turn data into actionable insights and help solve Asanas most complex challenges by identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing the factors driving our growth.

    This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.

    Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.

    What Youll AchievePartner with senior leadership to build and enhance long-term forecasting models that support critical growth and operational strategies for Asanas go-to-market & product teams, with a particular focus on the Enterprise segmentDevelop a strong understanding of Asanas business model and translate the long-term impact to Asanas performance from near-term business decisions (and vice versa) in order to make key recommendations to leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, business, and product teams, using financial modeling and analysis to guide and influence strategic business choicesBring effective and scalable solutions to processes and models, supporting company-wide strategic planning and forecasting processes through efficient methodsAct as a trusted advisor to finance, business, and product leadership; taking part in quarterly and annual business reviews and earnings processesPerform ad hoc financial analyses as requiredAbout you:5+ years of applicable and progressive experience in strategic or corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consultingExcellent business judgment and intellectual curiosity; proven ability to turn (sometimes incomplete) data into actionable insights and recommendations and present findings clearly and concisely to senior managementAdvanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets required.

    The estimated base salary range for this role is between $164,000 and $208,000.

    The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

    The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

    In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
