Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Mapping Specialist to join our Cardiology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative products and therapies in the Electrophysiology market, one of the fastest-growing areas in medical technology.
The successful candidate will spend their first year gaining expertise in Boston Scientific technology while obtaining extensive professional development. They will then provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians, EP Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Rhythmia Mapping System during case procedures within an assigned geography.
Key responsibilities include maintaining advanced clinical knowledge of EP diagnostic and ablation technologies, educating customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of AF Solutions products, and developing relationships with hospital personnel at all levels. Additionally, the successful candidate will respond to customer needs and complaints, demonstrate effective change leadership, and build strategic partnerships to better the area/organization.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 4 years of 3D cardiac mapping system experience or 8 years in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology or equivalent education and experience.
