As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Intern to join our North American Supply Chain Team.

    Position Overview:

    As a Continuous Improvement Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence within our North American supply chain. Utilizing lean methodologies, you will identify opportunities for improvement, analyze data, and implement positive changes to enhance overall efficiency. This internship offers a hands-on experience in project management, data analysis, and process optimization within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of current supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
    • Utilize lean methodologies to develop and implement process improvements.
    • Manage improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented changes.
    • Generate progress reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
    • Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited university program
    • Industrial or Mechanical Engineering majors preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Preferred: Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
