- Research, testing, evaluatioComn and maintenance of integrated computer hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot using Remote Maintenance and Monitoring (RMM) Data
- Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of the equipment in the field
- Ability to debug complex systems and to conduct reviews, audits and testing
- Ability to pass an FAA background investigation
- Working knowledge of Linux (or BSD) and Unix shell
- Working knowledge of high-level languages, such as Python and shell scripting (sh / bash)
- Experience working in a team environment
- Good written and spoken communication including developing technical documentation
- Willing to travel (around 30%)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a computer related field
- Ten (10) plus years of Computer related experience, software development and/or engineering experience
- Strong analytical skills, proven problem solving ability while being self-motivated in our team environment
