    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Specialist Consultant to work with children aged three to five years old. The ideal candidate will have a background in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field, with a focus on early childhood development. The Behavior Specialist Consultant will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to support the social-emotional growth and development of young children. This role involves collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to create individualized strategies that promote positive behaviors and address challenging behaviors effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to identify behavioral strengths and areas of need in young children.
    • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
    • Implement behavior strategies and provide ongoing support to children, families, and caregivers.
    • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure consistency in interventions across settings.
    • Monitor progress and make adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
    • Provide training and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, or related field required
    • Experience working with young children in educational or clinical settings.
    • Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
