    Everside Health is looking for a part-time or full-time relationship-centered family physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic in Bakersfield, CA (near CSU Bakersfield).

    Position Details

    Patient population: employees and families of all ages down to 2 years

    Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week (flexible based on candidate)

    Schedule: Daytime hours, 4-5 days per week (flexible based on candidate)

    Clinic Team: one provider and one MA, as well as a Regional Manager and a Lead MA who both offer support in-person at various times throughout the week.

    Selling Points:

    • Average of 12-15 patients/day
    • More time spent with patients to enhance relationships and build trust
    • Far less time with ICD-10 coding and admin work vs traditional primary care, and admin time is built into the schedule (no need to take home your work)

    Compensation
    • $215,000 to $260,000/yr (negotiable; based on FTE and years of experience)
    • 10% yearly quality incentive bonus
    Job Requirements
    • MD or DO
    • Board-certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine or both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
    • Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control is required
    • Procedure experience is a huge plus
