    JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

    Job Title: Justice Services Quality Systems Associate

    Supervised by: Quality Improvement/Training Director

    Location: Wake County, NC (Garner, NC)

    Hours: 40 hours/week, Full Time, M-F, Exempt

    Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. seeks a qualified Quality Systems Associate for our Justice Services Programs. We have this specific opportunity located in:

    Wake County and all counties in Eastern and Central NC (can be based in Garner, NC)

    Primary duties include:
    • Develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and standards for the development and provision of direct services.
    • Serve as the primary quality assurance for all issues pertaining to the quality of services from intake through discharge and post-discharge follow-up.
    • Maintain all quality records and documentation.
    • Design, document, and implement methods for periodic quality reviews and process improvement projects.
    • Conduct routine internal audits to ensure quality service provision and maintenance of records.
    • Maintain internal audit calendars/schedules.
    • Report to Justice Services Leadership on quality issues, trends, and risks and assist in developing action plans to improve service provision across all programs.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive onboarding training program for all new Justice Services staff.
    • Represent CHC Justice Services through the provision of training to external stakeholders.
    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor's degree in human services or related field; master's degree preferred.

    Experience: Three (3) years of progressive experience in quality improvement or program management.

    Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Certifications: Ability to become credentialed or licensed with the NCSAPPB.

    Additional Skills:
    • Knowledge of data analysis and report development.
    • Understanding of programming targeting justice-involved populations.
    • Skilled in training, curriculum development, and public speaking.
    • Ability to work independently.
    Salary: The salary range for this position is commensurate with experience, medical/dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement savings plan/401K, and paid time off programs.
