    Grave Shit Differential +$2.00/hour

    Location: Mountain View (Primary)

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to the client, its associates, and facilities personnel.
    • Proactively monitor CCTV cameras and security systems to ensure safety, compliance, and business operations requirements.
    • Continuously monitor the environment, analyze risk, and provide situational awareness to the organization. Performs risk assessments, team member escorts, and emergency response.
    • Liaise with local law enforcement and other first responders during incidents and provide incident notification during events.
    • Generate work orders for maintenance and safety concerns, including fires, evacuations, hazardous situations, and facility-related events.
    • Offer friendly assistance to client personnel.
    • Respond promptly to all requests for assistance from Supervisors or clients.
    • Ensure all individuals on company property have proper company-issued identification.
    • Maintain concise and complete daily administrative documentation.
    • Ensure assigned equipment is functional and presentable.
    • Perform other related duties as required.
    • Work with leadership to identify process and quality improvements and productivity.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 1 year of Security Operations Center (S.O.C.) experience.
    • Ability to conduct investigations.
    • Reliability and outstanding customer service skills.
    • High school diploma or G.E.D.
    • Strong computer, administrative, and report-writing skills.
    • Capacity to work with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies, with the judgment to evaluate seriousness and promptly notify emergency services when necessary.
    • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
    • Some posts may require the ability to sit, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs.
    • Must be available to work day and/or swing shift, Monday through Friday.
    Compensation:
    • Starting pay is $25.75/hr
    • Night Shift Differenttial
    • Eligibility for annual merit pay increases based on performance
