Direct Hire. Salary Range: 120K - 130K.

Local candidates preferred but candidates willing to relocate will be considered.

Our client is seeking to hire a Structural/Bridge Engineer to design and collaborate on a variety of transportation projects as well as support our architecture team with their diverse projects including aviation, municipal, and other commercial markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work on multiple bridge projects and collaborate closely with the whole design team from concept to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency

Design bridges, retaining walls, junction boxes and structural details for transportation projects

Assist with the design miscellaneous structures and provide technical expertise for buildings and building related systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited university

Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas

5+ years of experience in designing concrete bridges for transportation projects OR building structure design for public and private clients .

Preparing plans and specifications for clients such as TxDOT, cities, counties, and tolling authorities.

Capable of applying the provisions of ASCE-7 and IBC/IRC with client specifications for permit plan approvals.

Experience working with a team of engineers and technicians to successfully deliver transportation projects.

Open Bridge Designer and Open Bridge Modeler experience is a plus.
