    **Description:**

    + Generate programs for 3 and 5 axis routers, mills and other CNC machining centers

    + Design and develop tooling and machining fixtures

    + Read and comprehend work orders, production instructions, 2D Prints, and 3D Models

    + Tracking and document all revisions to product drawings, and tooling

    + Partner with Engineering and Sales to ensure parts meet customer specifications

    + Provide feedback to management on potential risks, possible improvements and problem resolution

    + Ensure all projects/parts comply with required specifications and meet HardGuard Group quality standards

    + Precisely machine parts to specifications using machine tools; CNC mills, 3 and 5 axis routers; Haas, Fadal, DMS

    + Accurately calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematics and measuring instruments such as gauges, calipers and micrometers

    + Complete machine set ups to part specifications

    + Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process

    + Ensure that materials and molds meet quality standards and are production ready

    + Assist with machine maintenance and adhere to maintenance schedules

    **Skills & Qualifications:**

    + Knowledge of MasterCAM and SolidWorks

    + Proficient with CAD/CAM systems

    + Perform job responsibilities in safe and proper techniques that are in accordance with HardGuard Group standards of conduct and integrity

    + Consistently achieve company productivity standards

    + Comply with all health and safety regulations

    + Comprehend and follow all company quality and policies and standards as they relate to your job function

    + Follow supervisor direction on all assignments

    + Communicate with supervisor and plant teams on product production

    + Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously

    + Exhibit organizational, logical thought and time management skills

    + Collaborate with team, share ideas, listen, and learn to improve productivity

    + Demonstrate flexibility in priorities and adaptability to change

    + Maintain a neat, clean and safe work environment

    + Perform other assignments as required

    + Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift

    **Requirements:**

    + High School education or GED

    + 5+ years of CNC Machining and Programming experience

    + Machine shop, job shop, or production experience
