- Develop and execute the strategic vision for theCounseling Center, focusing on evidence-based counseling, practices,client-centered care, and positive outcomes
- Lead the clinical team in designing, implementing, andevaluating counseling programs, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines andbest practices
- Lead the administrative team in offering streamlined andefficient connection to mental health care
- Foster a high-performance team culture by providing leadership,mentorship, and developmental feedback to both clinical and administrativestaff
- Set clear performance goals aligned with organizationalstrategy, ensuring continuous learning collaboration, and achievement ofcounseling Center objectives
- Coordinate daily with the team, hold regular staffmeetings, and monitor and approve PTO requests
- Complete performance reviews training, and addressperformance and ethical issues as needed for the team
- Oversee and help facilitate payroll
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with communitypartners, mental health organizations, and stakeholders
- Represent Champion Plaza at community events andmeetings, advocating for mental health awareness, counseling services, andforming strategic partnerships
- Lead the development and implementation of innovativecounseling initiatives, ensuring the provision of comprehensive mental healthservices to our diverse clientele
- Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance counselingtechniques, therapeutic approaches, and client engagement strategies
- Development and support of facility needs, office design,and system selection
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including budgets,audits, grants, and internal reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with organizational and programmaticgoals, metrics, and standards, and uphold ethical and legal guidelines incounseling practices
- Plans and implements program/unit objectives inaccordance with applicable policies, plans, and procedures
- Monitors standards of operating and modifies, edits, andadds to the development of policies and procedures
- Serve as an internal and external expert on mental healthservices, evidence-based counseling techniques, and Christian-basedintervention
- Advocate for both clients and team members alike toelevate the practice and application of mental health care through afaith-based lens
- Possess strong communication skills in the Englishlanguage (verbal and written)
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with otherministries
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Ability to respond to emergent or stressful situations ina calm and professional manner
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, workindependently, multitask, and produce results in a high-stress environment

- Ability to work collaboratively and communicateeffectively with team members at all levels of the organization
- Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor or equivalentwithin the counseling disciplines
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work,or a related field
- Experience in administering client-focused programs,demonstrating successful outcomes within budget and on time
- At least 5 years of relevant leadership and managementexperience, preferably in a nonprofit or mental health setting (preferred)
- Proven expertise in strategy development and operationalimplementation of counseling programs, with a strong focus on evidence-basedpractices and positive client outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, bothwritten and verbal

- Must be willing to work weekends and occasional specialevents

JOB SUMMARYThe Clinical Director - Champion Plaza is responsible foroverseeing the clinical and administrative team and the day-to-dayoperations of the Counseling Center. This pivotal position is essential inensuring the delivery of high-quality counseling services, promoting mentalhealth awareness, and supporting clients on their journey to healing andself-discovery in Jesus' name.

Leadership:
This is a regular full-time position (40 hrs).Monday-Thursday 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. Occasional night and weekend work will berequired as job duties demand.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee maybe regularly required to do the following:
Duties are performed in a variety of settings to include,outside, office and technical settings where the work and general environmentmay be fast-paced and hectic at times. Therefore, it is essential that theemployee can effectively handle the normal anxieties associated with the joband manage multiple projects in service-oriented environment.
