THE JOB

As a Spa/Salon Supervisor, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding theirunique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them farbeyond their stay with us.

STARTING PAY RATE: $20 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
• Oversee daily operations within the spa and/or salon environment ensuring guest and employee satisfaction by providing services, products, and experiences of the highest caliber
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges and/or concerns, communicate and implement company policies and objectives to employees, and maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products

THE REQURIED

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STANDOUT

• 1+ Years of Prior Spa, salon or recreation environment experience
• 1+ Years of Prior Supervisory experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
• Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
