- Tools Proficiency: Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Google Suite. Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.
- Agile and Other Methodologies: Deep understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and other project management frameworks. Experience in tailoring methodologies to suit project requirements and team dynamics, ensuring iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree: In Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A combination of technical and business education is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years in Project Management: Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering complex projects within a technical environment. Experience in overseeing projects involving hardware and software integration is preferred.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to relocate to Pullman, WA.
- Project Management Certification: Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable. Candidates currently pursuing certification or with a commitment to obtaining certification within the first year of employment will also be considered.

- Meeting Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and lead essential meetings, maintaining active engagement with all internal and external project stakeholders.
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensure thorough documentation of project proceedings and provide regular, proactive updates to stakeholders.
- Resource & Budget Support: Track resource allocation and project budgets effectively. Assist in gathering and delivering relevant financial data related to projects to stakeholders, enabling informed, data-driven decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Consistently seek and implement improvements in project management processes and PMO operations.
- Primarily office-based with the necessity to operate computers and other office equipment.
