    What will I be doing? Provide individual, group, and family counseling to children, adolescents and/or adults in assigned region/counties.

    Document case notes in online electronic medical record system (Ecase).Attend agency training, as neededCase load based on contractorAssist families who are involved with DFCS (Dept.

    of Family and Children Services) in building parental capacity and/or work towards reunification through parent skills training and linkage to community resourcesCollaborate with case managers, other contractors and community partners to ensure effective treatment and case collaboration Am I a good fit? Successful staff exude a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families A flexible schedule is important for this role, and allows you to have control over your session planning Ability to work independently and manage time well Ability to collaborate with a team to accomplish goals Qualifications:

    Master's degree in either counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or similar field and eligible for provisional/clinical license OR in possession of provisional or clinical licensed Counselors applying must have one of the following licenses: An LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LMSW, or LAMFT.

    Or a master's level counselor who is eligible to obtain a license.

    Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using the internet and Microsoft WordAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyAbility to function as a member for a multi-disciplinary treatment team and work cooperatively with other agency providersAbility to conduct oneself professionally and ethically with clients, co-providers and community partnersCompensation based on license and type of service providedHealth Connect America and its companies are a multi-state, community mental health, behavioral health, family preservation, and therapeutic foster care services provider(s).
