Job Description
Job DescriptionNOCO is seeking a Warranty Engineer for their Chandler, AZ location. This role primarily supports the Warranty and Customer Support departments.
This position will be the primary technical resource for the Warranty and Customer service functions. In this role, they will train and support warranty technicians in troubleshooting and analyzing product failures. This role will also provide support to customer service to answer technical questions from customers. They will interface with R&D engineering when additional technical information is required and communicate product failure trends and issues. The person filling this role will become an expert in the function and application of NOCO products.
Required Skills and Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
· Minimum two years of experience in electronics.
· Ability to read and interpret schematics and other technical documentation.
· Ability to perform analysis and troubleshooting on analog and digital electronics.
· Familiar with standard lab equipment such as DMM, oscilloscope, etc.
· Ability to analyze data and write technical reports.
· Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally to internal and external customers.
· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Skills
· Experience with battery chargers, jump starters, lithium batteries, EVs, or other automotive electronics.
· Experience in customer service, applications engineering, sales support, or another customer-facing role.
· Experience training and supporting technicians.
Attributes

· Highly motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision.
