As the Counter Sales Team Lead - Sales Associate, you're at the forefront of our operation. Your day is a whirlwind of activity, from engaging customers with expert product knowledge to driving sales and exceeding targets. As a natural leader, you inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring our counter area is organized and efficient. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Minimum:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years related experience and/or training in the sales and HVAC/R industries
SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
