    Job Description Summary:


    The Manager of Business Operations participates in the development of clinical/operational strategy and is accountable for directing operations of business units the manager supports.

    The Manager of Business Operations supervises and coordinates multiple activities, including:
    statistical, performance and managerial reporting, decision and budget support, billing, supply chain, and capital planning / execution.

    The Manager of Business Operations will work in close collaboration with Care Site Executive Leadership, directors and managers, Physician Leadership, Service Line Leadership, matrixed departments and system peer groups to facilitate progress toward strategic and operational goals.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Master's Degree (Required)

    Education, Credentials, Licenses:
    Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience

    Specialized Knowledge:
    MS Office Products (including Word, Excel)

    Kind and Length of Experience:
    Two - Three years' previous healthcare experience
