    The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is the core amenity to one of the most successful master planned communities in Texas, Cordillera Ranch.

    The family atmosphere established by the members and ownership create a laid-back culture whilst upholding the standard expectations of a high-end facility.

    The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is looking for a Communications & Family Events Manager. This person will oversee all club communications and family event operations. The individual will also oversee seasonal and themed camps and hold an active role in committees at the Ranch. This role interacts closely with members, all club departments, and management.
    The ideal candidate will be experienced in marketing, social media, event planning and childcare.

    The candidate will have excellent communication skills, outstanding leadership qualities, and creative thinking to offer memorable family events and communications.


    Responsibilities Manage the Club marketing schedule:
    emails, social media, and text messages for all departments. Create unique promotional videos, flyers, write-ups and logos for upcoming events, menus, newsletters, magazine articles, and internal communications.

    Plan, organize, oversee, and execute family-oriented events, including but not limited to holiday events, brunches, kid nights out, birthday parties, special celebrations, and any new events offered in the future.

    Develop comprehensive plans and oversee summer camp programs, including themes, activities, schedules, safety measures and staffing requirements. Manage the Kids Club operation including staffing, scheduling, stocking, billing, and activities. Hold an active role in the Revenue Team, Weekly Marketing, Employee Appreciation Committee, and Safety Committee meetings. Develop and manage budgets for communication initiatives and family events, ensuring expenses are within allocated resources.

    Responsible for photography of all club events, posting to social media, and effectively housing all photographs and videos on the clubs server.

    Perform regular updates of website content and phone messages to ensure accuracy and relevance.

    Assist the Spa & Fitness department with billing, booking appointments, stocking, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for the members.

    Coordinate designing, printing, and delivery of gift certificates, ensuring high-quality presentation and timely distribution.


    Requirements:

    Bachelors degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in communications, marketing, and/ or event management, preferably in a family-oriented or country club-based organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.

    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required for events.
