We are a bustling e-commerce beach apparel business seeking a driven and highly organized individual to join our shipping and receiving department to fulfill online daily orders, process returns, track inventory, and provide customer service through phone and email. As a member of our collaborative team, you will play a crucial role in the heart of our operations, actively contributing to a seamless shopping experience for our customers via fast and efficient order processing while also ensuring the organization and cleanliness of our retail warehouse.

In this integral role, we're on the lookout for a problem solver who will embody motivation, efficiency, and the ability to acquire new skills, particularly in utilizing computer software for shipping and daily e-commerce order processing.

We do not use a forklift or any large equipment in this warehouse. Our products are small pieces of clothing and the only lifting required is the ability to move and stack boxes up to 25 lbs unassisted and utilizing dollies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee seamless execution of daily shipping and e-commerce operations from online orders and wholesale orders.
• Generate shipping labels and pack orders that come primarily from Amazon and Shopify using Shipstation software.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Handle cleanliness of the warehouse, including breaking down cardboard boxes, consolidating boxes on the floor, and maintaining warehouse organization.
• Manage returns and restocks, including return authorization, inspection, and refund processing.
• Take charge of inventory monitoring, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies as needed.
• Customer care and email/phone support to address and resolve customer queries respectfully and on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Customer Service experience
• Familiar with Amazon, Shopify and Shipstation software a plus
