    As a Guest Service Agent at Shore Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a personable and enjoyable stay.

    • Greet guests and perform check-in process including inputting information into the computer, confirming guest details, and promoting marketing programs.
    • Assist with check-out including handling money, processing credit cards, and making change.
    • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information and answer guest questions.
    • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

    Key qualifications include:

    • Honesty and integrity
    • Collaboration and teamwork
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations

    Please note that this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a Guest Services role and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A degree in business, management, or hospitality is also preferred.
