    The Opportunity


    This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a private equity (PE) backed platform company consolidating residential plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services companies in targeted US markets.

    Position Summary


    As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer, which is a strategic role in the overall management of the company.

    The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility of multiple business units for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the Company.

    This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, deal analysis and negotiations, partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.

    Additionally, the executive will incorporate and standardize operations, financial and commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), across the platform.

    Who YOU Are
    An individual with significant experience as a CFO within a high growth company.
    Must have experience operating in a high velocity acquisition environment with private equity sponsored companies.
    Professional experience with a regional or national CPA firm within their audit department would be beneficial.
    Hands on experience in M&A activity, due diligence to integration & value creation.
    Experience managing through a successful recapitalization or exit event for a private equity sponsored company.
    A Bachelor's degree is required. A Master's degree (MA) in Business Administration or Finance is desired. CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) would also be preferred.
