    Career Overview
    As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

    Salary Range: $16.41 - $20.04 per hour
    Your individual starting salary may vary depending on your experience, expertise, and education/training.

    Job Requirements
    - Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we'll provide training and coaching to help you succeed
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
