- Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to develop and implement compensation strategies that support business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Conduct regular analysis of compensation data to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, providing recommendations for adjustments, as needed.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive salary offers and compensation packages for new hires.
- Conduct the annual salary review process, including budget planning, salary structure adjustments, and salary increase recommendations.
- Design and deliver training programs for managers and HR partners on compensation best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Provide expertise and guidance on complex compensation matters, such as job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and incentive plan design.
- Monitor legislative changes and industry trends related to compensation and make recommendations for policy updates and compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to budget constraints.
- Partner with HR Business Technology team to optimize systems and tools for efficient compensation administration and reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on compensation-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Eight plus years of experience in compensation analysis, design, and administration.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and trends.
- Experience with compensation survey participation and analysis.
- Proficiency in HR systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
