    About the Role

    We are seeking a Part-Time Wound Care Specialist to work in the Greeley area. The successful candidate will perform rounds at multiple facilities, providing wound care to residents of post-acute rehab settings.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective wound care plans.
    • Routine bedside visits with patients in nursing homes and assisted living facilities for treatment of pressure ulcers, diabetic foot wounds, or venous leg ulcers. Collaborate with facility staff for optimal outcomes.<p>
