    Entry Level Recruiter

    Understanding Recruitment, one of the UK's most highly respected and forward-thinking external staffing companies made Boston their new home in 2019, launching Acceler8 Talent - their first location of physical international expansion. This is a very unique opportunity for an Entry Level Recruiter to join the growing team and be at the top of a new arm of a hugely successful UK company; a workplace dedicated solely to sourcing and placing the very best individuals within the Artificial Intelligence of the most exciting and fastest growing markets worldwide.

    We have a strong internal employee satisfaction rate as we really push training, positive culture, career progression and there are tons of incentives to get behind (trips away around the world, days out etc) plus very strong financial incentives. Our commission structure is designed to be lucrative as it awards hard work – what you put in is exactly what you get out. We work hard, though we can reap huge rewards.

    What you will be doing as an Entry Level Recruiter within our Organization:

    • Learn and understand the nuances of the market.
    • Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth
    • Manage the recruitment process from candidate qualification to placement
    • Cultivate and manage candidate 're all about the long game
    • Bring on new accounts and manage client relationships in a competitive environment

    The Entry Level Recruiter role is very autonomous, and your ideas can become part of our annual company strategy, all our staff get to have their say and put forward their opinions, which we really value.
