- Technical leadership: Provide guidance and support to plant staff in troubleshooting and optimizing electrical controls, instrumentation, and power systems.
- Continuous improvement: Lead continuous improvement efforts within the Maintenance functions.
- Projects: Assist project teams with equipment startup, coordinate with contractors, and engineer solutions.
- Electrical documentation and software control: Maintain and update plant electrical drawings and software.
- Expertise in manufacturing equipment operations and controls.
- Ability to provide technical support and problem resolution to internal and external teams.
- Project management skills, including cost estimates and feasibility analysis.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations or Engineering.

Description:
The Hershey Company Y&S Lancaster plant is looking for an Electrical Support Technician to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing electrical support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plant electrical and control systems to ensure smooth operations of production lines and plant processes. The plant produces popular Licorice products such as Twizzlers, Nibs, and Pull & Peel in a high-speed complex environment.
