    Join our team at RISE UP FOR AUTISM as a full-time BCBA-Clinic Director and take on a dynamic role where you can make a real impact in the lives of individuals with autism. This position offers the unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals with the flexibility to work from home 1 day per week. As a BCBA-Clinic Director, you will have the chance to showcase your problem-solving skills, empathy, and innovative mindset in a supportive and customer-centric environment.     We offer competitive pay starting $85,000 depending on experience. You will have benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, and Paid Parental Leave. This position is located in Aurora, IL

    Day to day as a BCBA-Clinic Director

    As the Clinic Director at RISE UP FOR AUTISM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care within our center in Aurora. With the center operating from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. You can enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no nights or weekends required. Fostering a culture of collaboration, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of professionals dedicated to making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism. Additionally, we support your professional growth by providing Continuing Education Credits, allowing you to stay current with the latest advancements in the field.
