    Urology opening in New York

    • Located in
      Massena, NY 20m from Potsdam; 90m from Watertown.
    • Full time, permanent.
    • Employed.
    • Seeking BC/BE General Urologist for a hospital owned practice.

    Highlights

    • Opportunity to spearhead the development of a new hospital owned practice and service line.

    • Blends administrative support with clinical autonomy, allowing physicians to find an ideal balance within the practice of medicine.
    • Will be supported by a strong administrative team, with billing, coding, staffing and day to day operational assistance.
    • Ideal candidate will combine solid training with an excellent bedside manner and a commitment to providing patient focused care.
    • Assistance with practice management, office space, EMR, office set up and staff.
    • The hospital is a vibrant community hospital with a commitment to excellent patient care .
    Excellent payer mix with low managed care penetration. Continual commitment to upgrade and expand services to the needs of community and todays medical technology. Brand new ICU/CCU/Telemetry, Medical Laboratory, Medical Imaging Center with separate Women's Imaging Center, Physical/Rehab and Respiratory Therapy Departments; and a beautiful new front entrance with private registration areas. Additionally, Medical Imaging includes an fixed 3.0 tesla MRI and 128 slice low rad CT Scanner. The hospital has invested over $35 million on major construction and renovations with a new Medical Office Building adjacent to the hospital.
