    US Radiology IT Manager

    A critical role in supporting effective integration and alignment with business and clinical needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Rounding in various sites to facilitate frontline interaction with business units and clinical operations.
    • Aligning business and IT strategies to support business objectives.
    • Demand management, project portfolio management, and service operations.
    • Providing input for technology team product owners on region-specific clinical or business needs.
    • Supporting the preparation and distribution of communications related to technology maintenance windows, system outages, and service restorations.
    • Ensuring that technology is consulted early in the product/process lifecycle and can provide initial feedback to the business.
    • Analyzing and managing total cost of ownership (TCO) for technology investment recommendations.

    Required Leadership/Interpersonal Skills:

    • Value realization, business case development process, and establishing a common definition of value.
    • BUILDING EFFECTIVE TEAMS THAT UNDERSTAND AND COMMIT TO ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS; FOSTERING GOODWILL AND COLLABORATION AMONG TEAM MEMBERS AND AMONG TEAMS;
    • Maintaining accountability for meeting commitments and deadlines.
    • Instilling a sense of urgency in driving assignments to completion.
    • Articulating the business case in financial terms, inclusive of total costs and benefits of 5 years.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
    • Professional certifications a plus (e.g., PMI, ITIL, and Lean/Six Sigma).

    Experience:

    • Five years or more leading Technology/Business management activities of varying complexity and global scope.
    • Three years responsible for managing portfolio of Technology/Business projects.

    Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

    Location: Charlotte, NC
