At Gentle Dental, our Business Managers are dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of their office, creating a positive workplace culture, and supporting overall office performance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an office environment for optimal patient care and customer service
• Supervise the office team, handle office operations, analyze procedures, and maximize efficiency
• Organize daily operations, monitor team performance, and ensure office budget is met
• Handle patient payments, review production reports, and manage insurance claims
• Address patient complaints promptly and act as an insurance plans expert
• Manage staff recruitment, retention, termination, and resolve employee issues
• Ensure compliance with dental laws, health, safety regulations, and company policies
• Utilize software systems for data management and reporting
• Perform additional duties as required to support the office/company

Qualifications:

• Preferably previous experience in dental or healthcare management
• Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, Denticon experience a plus

Pay Range:

$25-$28 per hour/DOE
