    Are you a qualified Senior Civil Engineer seeking an opportunity to oversee and manage a diverse range of municipal projects, including transportation, water, and wastewater capital improvements? Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee designers and engineers, providing guidance and management for a variety of municipal projects spanning transportation, water, wastewater, drainage, and more.
    • Leverage your 15+ years of experience (Senior level) / 10+ years of experience (Supervising level) to provide design expertise and project oversight for municipal infrastructure projects.
    • Manage a collaborative work environment, interacting effectively with internal staff, clients, and government agencies.
    • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster successful project execution.
    • Utilize your client development and management experience to nurture client relationships.
    • Participate in developing comprehensive scopes of work and fee structures for project proposals.
    • Display budget-consciousness while efficiently managing project budgets of varying sizes.
    • Take charge of capital project design and oversight, ensuring projects meet required standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    • Registered civil engineer (PE) in the State of California.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Land Desktop or Civil 3D, MC Office, and Excel.
