- Monthly Stipend of $2,500 (with a flexible commitment of 10-15 hours per month)
- Collaborate with assigned advanced practice clinicians to conduct patient chart audits based on relevant regulations
- Delegate prescriptive authority and remain available telephonically as per state-specific mandates
- Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License in the corresponding state
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills to engage positively with physicians, providers, and staff
- Specialty in PM&R or a related field (Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Geriatrics, General Medicine, etc.)
- Experience in geriatrics, PM&R, or complex patient cases (Mandatory)

The Collaborating Physician collaborates with one or more Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) who perform physical medicine and rehabilitation assessments for patients in skilled nursing facilities. This role demands confident clinical decision-making aligned with our evidence-based guidelines. It also requires the ability to evaluate, document, and intervene appropriately when needed.
