    Job Overview:


    This role offers the opportunity to support a dynamic division, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.


    About the Position:


    • The ideal candidate will assist with management functions, processes, and analytical methods to gather and evaluate information required by the directorate. This includes drawing conclusions and devising solutions to situations relating to organizational structures and resource requirements.
    • The contractor will provide assistance with briefing representatives for human resource issues and track personnel manning within directorates. Additionally, they will prepare organization charts and apprise government teams of spreadsheets generated in performance of analyst support functions.
    • Other key responsibilities include evaluating functional/non-functional manpower data, updating/retrieving information from CHRIS/RMIS/DCPDS systems, developing required documents using SharePoint sites maintained under close supervision of leadership team member assigned as point person on respective task forces created ad-hoc but also held regularly such meetings which focus discussion around various topics related directly back into core duties outlined above paragraphs preceding current sentence - namely coordinating communication effectively enough so everyone stays aware changes ahead whenever implement new procedures amend existing ones because things constantly evolving environment rapidly today after all these technological advancements brought about numerous innovations seeking better operational efficiency overall productivity increased bottom line profits.
      The position requires expertise handling highly complex datasets – requiring strong analytical reasoning skills especially proficiency working MS Office Suite software including Excel Word PowerPoint Access Power BI etc.; while being flexible adaptable quick learner eager participate ongoing learning process therefor remain competitive industry standards knowledge
