    As part of Manufacturing, youll use your skills, our production lines, distribution center, ingredient handling to help create the delicious, finished products our consumers love.

    While taking ownership in your area of work, youll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain .Job FunctionsOverall responsibility will be to work with each of the multidisciplinary teams, automation upgrade and process visualization systems; supervise electrical activities, training, and trouble-shooting electrical issues, including PLC or networks related.

    Utilize and improve current technology to provide continuous improvement to all maintenance and operations effectiveness. Provide support, planning, direction, and supervision to electrical team members.

    Program responsibility to include executing preventative/predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment overhauls and upgrades as it pertains to the plant electrical systems.

    Key ResponsibilitiesDigital TransformationImprove data content on actual applications based on facility requirements .Train Manufacturing and Electrical & Automation team members on the capabilities of digital tools implemented .Technical leadProvide technical support for maintenance team during assigned shift and on call support off shifts as required lead troubleshooting.

    Proficiency in working PLCs Programming, Allen-Bradley families is preferable .VFDs , HMIs, Industrial Communication protocol, Allen-Bradley prefer able.

    Understanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS)Good working knowledge on Server and SystemsExperience with industrial instrumentationExperience with industrial power & control circuitsAbility to read and understand schematics and electrical drawings.

    Support r oot cause analysis with process data .S upervise electrical and control work performed by contractors and electricians .Coordinate with other departments to resolve electrical issue s .Implement disaster recovery plan for critical equipment .Support to engineering projects .Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to work with minimal supervision and function effectively in a highly demanding environment.
    Ability to interact effectively with outside vendors, production operators, team leads, and the maintenance trades.

    IL6S / TPMEnsure execution of preventive maintenance schedules for electrical distribution system, control equipment and instrumentation using SAP PM .

    Ensure execution of maintenance and inspection plans to ensure reliability, sustainability and security of electrical distribution infrastructure using CMMSMore about this roleEducation / Certifications:

    Preferable Experience on Food industry experience.
    Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechatronic / Electronic)
