- Prepare lessons and lesson plans relative to the course of study. (Respiratory Therapy and Medical Terminology)
- Present curriculum, lectures, demonstrations, and laboratory supervision as indicated by curricular directives
- Review assessment data and adjust curriculum and instructional methodologies to improve student learning.
- Participate in the evaluation of students, classroom, or instructional methodologies.
- Maintain records of attendance, academic progress, and laboratory performance
- Provide timely summary grade records to the registrar and/or assigned records personnel
- Assure student conformance to campus expectations. Maintain class discipline.
- Offers students additional tutoring outside class time. Refers students to appropriate campus resources.
- Any bachelor's degree or higher and 2 years of professional experience; OR
- An associate degree and 6 years of professional experience; OR
- The equivalent (must request an equivalency review in the application), OR
- California Community College credential, "Valid for Life" (no longer issued), authorizing service as an instructor in the appropriate discipline; refer to Ed Code § If meeting qualifications with this credential, a copy of the valid lifetime credential must be submitted with the application.);

This is a CONTINUOUS recruitment for an applicant POOL to fill part-time, temporary, hourly assignments on an as-needed basis.
