    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Directs and coordinates all activities of the Used Truck Dept.

    Develops a sales and marketing program to achieve Sales and net profits

    Controls the used truck inventory.

    Trade appraisals and purchasing of all used trucks for resale

    Train used truck salesman

    Forecast sales and expenses to achieve profitable goals

    Develop programs that will increase gross and F&l penetration

    Manage over age inventory and have the ability and relationships with other dealers to wholesale trucks.

    Manage the company Truck and Trailer for pickup and delivery of trucks, must have knowledge

    DOT laws and restrictions.

    Manage the recon on all used trucks, to insure the best used truck at a price that is profitable.

    All used truck advertising both print and online.

    Develop relationships with all venders for aftermarket parts and accessories

    **Other duties as assigned**

    Extensive knowledge of Truck Equipment companies and what they sell, and install.

    Good understanding of the Used Vocational market
