    LVN - HOME HEALTH


    Schedule:
    Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


    Possible Service Locations:
    This position will be covering primarily the South territory from lower Eureka down to Redcrest. There could be some occasional travel North up to Trinidad if covering for North Team LVN.


    Job Description:
    Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Completes necessary education to attain LVN Licensure in the state of California.
    • California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
    • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
    • 1 year of Licensed Vocational Nurse experience.

    Preferred Qualification:

    • 1 year of Home Health LVN experience.
