As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing our accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments, and minimizing bad debt expense.

    salary: $23 - $26 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    • Managing and evaluating a portfolio of accounts to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
    • Assessing creditworthiness of new and existing customers using analysis, trade bureau information, and sales organization data.
    • Establishing credit limits and monitoring orders that exceed credit limits.
    • Proactively contacting customers to resolve payment issues and negotiating payment schedules with distressed accounts.
    • Escalating customer problems as needed to ensure timely resolution.
