    Position Overview

    This role involves serving as a client-facing solution advisor throughout the sales cycle, guiding clients through their technical evaluation and decision process for selecting a Raptor software solution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Consult with existing and potential clients to assess and understand technical needs and systems requirements.
    • Provide expertise and support to sales teams to communicate products, services, and client needs.
    • Evaluate customer needs and propose improved solutions with benefits of changes.
    • Be the pre-sales technical expert on how Raptor solutions will work and be integrated into a client's environment.
    • Drive sales bookings growth through technical expertise and validate technical configurations with K-12 clients.
    • Lead technical discussions around integration requests for other systems, such as Student Information Systems and Mass Notification Systems.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a technology field related to products and services being sold.
    • Ability to travel at least 50%.
    • Two to four years of technical sales experience required.
    • Excellent technical solution demonstration and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
