- Providing administrative assistance to office management; human resources and minor accounting duties
- Answering phone calls in a professional manor
- Maintaining the office; weekly ordering of office supplies, cleaning supplies and miscellaneous items needed
- Managing timesheets and processing payroll on a weekly basis
- Communication with controller and temp agencies for staffing needs
- Setting up and maintaining employee files
- Medical, dental, vision, vacation, life insurance policies exc.
- Issuing Purchase orders, receiving and invoicing in our software program
- Be a team player to be able to step in when needed on other projects that need assistance in the company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi tasks and prioritize
- Organization and high attention to detail is a must
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Previous experience in Purchasing/Receiving/Invoicing – Three-way match system
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe. Strong excel abilities is a plus
- Familiarity with Human Resources; laws and ability to learn about new updated standards
- Ability and adaptably to work individually and with others
