    is seeking a BE/BC Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OBGYN) to move beyond the traditional clinical experience and help establish a practice rooted in advocacy, clinical excellence, and deep community partnership to join us in Santa Cruz, CA.

    This is a foundational opportunity to join a rapidly growing team where your voice matters and defines our culture. Here, you will practice in a co-managed model alongside highly experienced providers.

    Compensation and Benefits Include:

    Guaranteed Salary:
    $395,000

    for a 1.0 FTE

    Work alongside a team of well-respected OB/GYN Physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives

    Clinical Resources:
    Access to a dedicated Medical Assistant, Ultrasonographer, and RN in the clinic.

    Hospital Facilities:
    Modern, well-equipped birthing center that delivers approximately 1,200-1,500 babies annually
    Access to Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
    24/7 anesthesia coverage with a team of experienced anesthesiologists
    Dedicated OB ED

    Job Requirements

    MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
    Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
    DEA certification
    Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
    Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
