Requirements Ability to prepare documentation for end users and other ITD personnel.

Experience in developing database driven web pages using ASP.NET with VB including master pages and AJAX – familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio Development environment.

Ability to assist other programmers technical support personnel and end users. Experience in Classic ASP VBScript JavaScript HTML and Telerik Controls for ASP.Net AJAX is a plus. Experience with Business Objects Crystal Reports.
Responsiblties Analyze user's needs and document the specifications for their requirements. Design code debug and document computer programs based on system requirements and in accordance with established standards and practices. Design application screens and reports to be user friendly. Coordinate application enhancements and/or fixes involving software applications purchased from external vendors. Thoroughly test the application and verify all the user's requirements are met. Troubleshoot and resolve user problems.
