    • Manage contracts
    • negotiations of terms and conditions of contracts
    • Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration
    • Mange procurement activities and serve as liaison between the company and vendors.
    • Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills
    • Familiarity with legal terms and contracts
    • Experience in managing the full lifecycle of a contract from development to closeout
