- Must be able to plan and organize daily work schedules, customer meetings and travel when needed.
- Need to input customer information and all sales activities in company CRM system (Salesforce) and ensure that account information is current and up to date.
- Effectively develop and conduct presentations in collaboration with VP of National Accounts.
- Proactively confront obstacles and take appropriate action to prevent or minimize their impact.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing a solution, and communicating necessary recommendations to management.

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must have 5+ years of sales experience.

The Business Development Executive's primary role with Legacy Group is to drive sales revenue and growth by developing new client relationships as well as maintaining current customer business. The Business Development Executive will be the principle point of contact between Legacy Group and the client with assistance from the internal Legacy team. The Business Development Executive will work collaboratively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and effective solutions that meet their needs.
