- The VP, OSF Institutes Physician Leader functions as the overall clinical leader for the Institute.
- This leader is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives and operations of the Central region's service lines institutes, clinics, and physician practices.
- This individual will be directly responsible for clinical and operational performance evaluation, driving operational excellence, and improving patient experience at the destination center along with serving as a regional liaison across the ministry.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- 8 years' experience in administrative management and/or medical experience as a facility or system medical director.
- Physician license to practice in Illinois or Michigan
- Specialty certification
- Board certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of current CMS and Joint Commission conditions of participation
- Working knowledge of State of Illinois rules and regulations governing healthcare
